Eating - Why Too Much Milk Is Not Good For A Baby

Why Too Much Milk Is Not Good For A Baby?
Something I recently learned is not to overdo dairy. It is a good source of protein and calories, but children who consume more than two cups of milk per day can become deficient in iron. Keep in mind that calcium is found in many different sources, especially leafy green vegetables. Also, calcium from vegetables is more easily absorbed by our bodies. On some level, it appears that our bodies deal with calcium found in vegetables in much more natural and balanced way. In general, there has been a great deal of research done showing that modest to small intake of dairy products is actually preferable.
