Summer Baby Touch Digital Video Monitor

Summer Baby Touch Digital Video Monitor Review
Our second baby monitor was Summer Baby Touch Digital Video. This slick baby monitor features a 3.5 inch color LCD screen with automatic black and white night vision, touch-screen menu controls remote pan/scan/zoom, brightness and camera options. This 100% digital technology provides a secure and private connection up to 400’ away. I like that it has a talk-back feature, which allows parents to talk to baby while in the nursery. Parent convenience features: battery pack for camera, recharging base for parent unit, 10-hour rechargeable battery, ability to add 3 additional cameras with auto-scan feature, auto time-out feature, LED sound lights, belt clip/flip stand and one-touch video on/off button for nighttime convenience. Overall user experience with this baby monitor system has been very positive for us. The most important features of this baby monitor for us are: sturdiness, long lasting, high tech, and reliability.

Baby Monitor Pros
Large screen of this baby monitor, which enables us to view our baby at all times, is also a touch screen. This is extremely convenient feature. The LED lights can alert you if baby is crying even if you need to turn the volume down for some reason, like while making a phone call. It is worth mentioning that the display unit is slim and easy to carry around. It is small enough that it can clip onto belt/pants without falling off. The talk back feature is nice . We can tell our son we are on our way upstairs if he has woken up and is upset. Also, it allows parents to communicate.

Baby Monitor Cons
Color screen only works if there is a good deal of light in baby's room. On off light on camera is a little bright. I covered it by taping a small piece of paper over it. My child needs total darkness to go to sleep. I like the zoom in feature, but it is somewhat blurry.
