My Best Advice For Baby Sleep 
  1. If baby is healthy and gaining weight do not wake him up during the night.
  2. Encourage your partner to put baby to sleep once a week.
  3. Establish and follow a bedtime routine
  4. Do what works for your family to allow everyone to get as much rest as needed or is possible. For us, co sleeping allowed me to get more sleep. 
  5. Put your baby to bed somewhere between 6:45 and 8:00 pm. Yes, it is early and makes evening activities difficult, but most babies fall asleep more easily and get the rest they need when they have an earlier bedtime. Babies that have later bedtimes can become over tired and more active as the night wears on making it difficult to get baby to sleep.
